BHCMPO 2055 RFP

Summary

The Bullhead City Metropolitan Planning Organization invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide consulting services for preparation of a 2055 Regional Transportation Plan for the designated Bullhead City Metropolitan Planning Organization.

Proposals will be received via email until 1:00 PM on April 28, 2026 to BHCMPO Executive Director Steve D’Amico at sdamico@bullheadcityaz.gov (only emails will be accepted, any other format, i.e. letters will not be accepted).

Any proposal received after 1:00 PM on the above date will not be accepted. Submittals must conform to the prepared Scope of Work within the RFP available at www.bullheadcitympo.org or by request made to the BHCMPO office at (928) 201-8664.

The proposal email shall indicate the name and address of the respondent, and shall be addressed to BHCMPO Executive Director Steve D’Amico. Please include on the subject line: Request for Proposals: BHCMPO 2055 Regional Transportation Plan.
